These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GreenPRD.com operated by prd.it. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
GreenPRD.com is a live product-requirements workspace. It helps you create, edit, and sync specifications across a visual graph, markdown documents, exports, MCP integrations, and optional GitHub repository sync.
Features vary by subscription plan. We may add, change, or remove features, especially while the product is in beta.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
AI-generated output is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it in production or legal contexts.
prd.it owns the Service, software, branding, and documentation, excluding your content.
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Pricing is shown on /pricing and may change with notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy policies and applicable law.
Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of paid features.
AI and premium features consume credits according to your plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted AI availability, response times, or specific model versions.
We may apply rate limits or suspend accounts that abuse fair use or attempt to circumvent billing.
GreenPRD.com is currently in beta. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors. Use the Service at your own discretion during this period.
GitHub and other integrations require you to authorize access. You are responsible for the repositories and permissions you connect.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their outages, or changes to their APIs or terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRD.IT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100 FOR FREE ACCOUNTS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless prd.it from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or as required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you retain mandatory rights under applicable data-protection and consumer laws, including GDPR-related rights described in our Privacy Policy.
